Avoid choosing colours that is easy to be mixed up.
For example: Brown & orange. Sometimes you like a bag too much in brown.
But when you received it, the brown is just not the brown that you saw from the catalogue.
The brown is more to orange, or to say, it is actually brownish-orange.
The bag suddenly becomes not the one you like.
Simply it is just so obviously orange.
And yet, your complaint was not entertained because using the same reason,
the web-purchasers will not be given an exchange/ refund from their supplier!
Tips for picking colour: Try to pick for white, black or khaki colour that it has the lesser chances of getting run very far away.
2. Reading details:
Because of the nature of business that the customer will have no chance of touching or
feeling of the material or physical sighting on the products,
the web-seller tends to give you more info from their descriptions.
Try to read the details on material type,
size measurement and any other information before you place order.
3. Size measurement:
Our products are detailed with the size measurement.
To protect your benefits, please read the size measurement and try feeling it with your measuring tape.
For garment that we are selling, most of the time it is in free size,
and yet the measurement will be given.
It is advised to check every single measurement before you place order.
It is wise to determine what you want from the description
rather than purely from the pictures and the price.
4. Long waiting period:
I understand the frustration that you ordered your products,
you paid for it and yet, you have not received your products in 2 months time.
However, please be reminded on the nature of the web-selling that
we as the webseller, is ordering stock from our supplier overseas.
The delivery charges from overseas may sometimes even more expensive than the product cost.
Of course we can opt to give you fastest services by ordering delivery by air
and to stock up more ready stock to reduce your waiting time,
however, with our selling price, we are not able to sustain.
We are here to get you the cheapest products in town.
Therefore, for those who are not willing to wait, please do not place order.
