Delivery Charges 邮寄费用

Dear all,

After your payment, we will proceeds to do packing and sending for delivery.
Please be informed that the delivery charges will be borned by the buyer.

I do shop frequently online. Sometimes the selling price online is really so so so attractive. After i crazily pick and choose for the items i want, we will then frequently found out that the delivery charges is so so so expensive! what? RM8 for 1kg and below? It is too excessive.

Les Cadeaux's philosophy is to maximise your value of money, that's why we choose POS Malaysia as our delivery partner. Their charges is the lowest amongst all other service providers and they promise to reach your doorstep within 7 days.

Certainly, if you want your items to be delivered through courier services, with your special request, we will arrange for you with the payment to be advised in individual case basis.

Please see below for your choices of mode of delivery. Choose the 1 suit you the most!

A. POS Malaysia Parcel
Peninsular Malaysia:
Less then 1 kg - RM 3.50
1 kg to 2 kg - RM4.50
2kg to 3 kg - RM5.5

West Malaysia:
Less then 1 kg - RM 6.50
1 kg to 1.5 kg - RM9.00
1.5kg to 2 kg - RM10.50

This service can be tracked with POS Malaysia tracking system with the Yayasan Restu Number number given to you by us after our delivery to POS office.

B. Pos Express

Your products will be reaching you the next day after I send the Pos Express envelop for posting, if you are in the Next Day Delivery Networks as included on the special Pos Express envelopes. Pos Express is fast, convenience and economical means of sending your products. For those outside the Next Day Delivery Networks, POS Malaysia guarantees the reach of the mails at the intended destination within 2-3 days time. However, this service is only catering for delivery of mail with maximum weight of 1kg.

The below is the standard Pos Malaysia charge rate on Pos Express Envelop:

1. 220mm x 110mm - RM2.50 for 100gm and below

2. 229mm x 160mm - RM3.00  for 101gm to 250gm

3. 353mm x 221mm - RM4.00 for 251gm to 500gm

4. 250mm x 219mm x 25mm - RM6.00 for 501gm to 750gm

5. 340mm x 250mm x 25mm - RM7.00 for 751gm to 1kg (MAX)

For your information, I believe this is suitable for those who demanded for faster delivery. However, do take note that the delivery through should not be above 1kg and this service doesn’t provide acknowledgement of receipts. We will email you with the barcode for your tracking purposes. The liability of un-delivery falls on the buyer. Please take note if you opt to take this as your delivery mode.

Small little reminder:

Frequently we will inform the seller to deliver the items to their home address.

But sometimes we forgotten that no one might be at home when the dispatch arrived at your home, and sometimes the parcel will be placed with the post office and you are required to present at the post office and collect the parcel yourself. IT'S TROUBLESOME!

To avoid this, why don't you give us your office address?

Delivery to your office, a place where you/some one will definitely in during office hour!

B. Pos Express

这是国家邮局提供的预付费信封。
只要您的收货地址属于保证第二天到达的地区，您就能在第二天收到您的货物。
但是我们必须提醒您，这种信封不含签名验收步骤，
邮差只会把它投入您的信箱，
