1. Ready stock is on first come first serve basis. You are advised to place order and make payment within the specific time frame to reserve for the stocks that you want.
2. Actual colour as published under the album might be vary due to lighting effect and/or resolution of the photos/ your monitor. As such, goods sold is neither refundable nor exchangeable due to whatsoever reason.
3. Quality control is done twice before delivery to the customer. We will make sure that all our products are in good conditions.
4. We are not directly liable for any losses, incorrect delivery or damages of items during transit. It is solely buyer's decision on whether to arrange postage insurance in order to cover possible losses and damages during transit. In case problem arises from delivery, complaint and claim shall be lodged to delivery service provider by us or by the buyer within 7 days, and we will provide necessary information as required.
