Simply following the followings:

2. Make your order by telling us YOUR NAME, STOCK CODES, EMAIL ADDRESS & CONTACT NUMBER:
- Fill in the LesCadeaux order form on our blog;
- by email/ MSN at LesCadeaux4u@gmail.com; or
- Leave us comment on our Pisaca album.

3. After we received your order, we will proceed to process your order and a sales order in Microsoft Excel format will be sent to your email for your verification. Kindly verify and bank in money to us WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS. Your order without payment is VOID in 3 days time. Kindly inform us if you have problem bank in within 3 days or we will cancel your order and your ordered item will be again open available to other customers.

4. Please notify us after you bank in money to us. After we confirm the clearance of money, for those ready stock item, we will proceed to do packing and arrange for delivery to your desired address in 3 days time, with the mode of delivery as chosen by you. For those pre-order items, your payment validate the transaction and we will proceeds to make order from the suppier accordingly. For every successful delivery, we will email you a tracking number to facilitate you in tracking your parcel.

5. We will advise you via email on any unavailability of stocks, if any. You can keep your balance with us and we will replenish the said item from our supplier in Korea. Please be informed that due to high inter-bank transfer charges (Or says, we re actually low margin earner), we will make refund only to Public Bank and CIMB Bank. If you were made payment from your Maybank account and you would like us to refund for unavailability of stock, please give us another Public Bank or CIMB Bank account number.

- 填妥我们的订货单；
- 电邮/ MSN 我们LesCadeaux4u@gmail.com；或
- 在我们的Picasa相簿留言。

3. 我们收到您的资料后，会经电邮发订单给您。您务必在3天内确认订单及付款。若您没有在3天内付款，我们将取消您的订单。

4. 付款后，请您务必联络告知我们。待我们确认付款后，现货订购将会在3天内会完成配货，并寄出。寄出后，我们将电邮您邮件追踪号码， 以方便您自行追踪您的邮件。

5. 倘若有任何缺货的情况，我们会经电邮告知。您可以选择把余款留在我们这里，让我们帮您向韩国的供应商补货，若您不想等待，鉴于银行服务费高昂（其实我们只是小本经营），我们只能安排Public Bank 及CIMB Bank 的退款。倘若您付款的时候是使用Maybank，退款的时候，请提供Public Bank 或CIMB Bank 的户头资料。
